Brothh charges a flat 8% platform fee per completed booking. There is no setup fee and no monthly minimum.
Are payment processing fees included?
Payment processor fees are passed through at cost and shown before checkout. Brothh keeps the facility fee separate so operators can see the full breakdown.
Do you support multi-site facilities?
Yes. Multi-site and high-volume operators should contact operations so we can help structure onboarding, reporting, and facility access.
Deposits
How do damage deposits work?
Deposits are collected with the booking and held until the facility completes close-out. The facility can release, dispute, or document issues from the booking record.
Can I require different deposits by space?
Yes. Deposits can be set around the facility rules, booking type, and resource risk so a kitchen, event hall, and storage area do not need the same policy.
What happens if a renter no-shows?
The booking record remains available for close-out notes, messages, and operations review. Your cancellation and deposit rules determine the next step.
Vetting
Who can request my facility?
Renters must have an account and booking context before requesting time. Facility operators can review renter details, requirements, and messages before confirming.
Can I require insurance or permits?
Yes. Facility rules can require insurance, permits, licenses, food handler cards, or other documents before access is approved.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. The Bookings module supports confirm, decline, cancel, complete, and dispute flows with status-aware actions.
Payouts
When do facilities get paid?
Brothh is designed around predictable weekly payouts after bookings are processed and eligible for release.
Can my team export statements?
Facility operators can use payout and booking records for bookkeeping, and statement exports are part of the payout workflow direction.
What does the 8% fee cover?
The platform fee supports booking workflows, deposits, renter vetting surfaces, calendar operations, messages, notifications, and operations support.
